Ocean Cavern Diving – An Introduction to Unique Underwater Places

Cavern diving with Belize Diving Services is a one-of-a-kind experience. Just as the surface of the ocean obscures the wonders of the underwater world, so does the ocean floor hide the veins of Mother Earth. Mother Nature and Technical Diving International (TDI) have joined to provide non-cave divers an opportunity to experience a cave underwater. During the TDI Cavern Diver course, you will learn new swimming techniques by fine-tuning your body posture / trim, master your buoyancy control, and learn how to properly deploy and follow a guideline.

This ocean cavern diving course trains divers in the proper planning, procedures, techniques and hazards of diving in caverns and overhead environments. If you are over the age of 18 (15 with parental consent), can show proof of a SDI Open Water Scuba Diver certification or equivalent, and have a minimum of 25 logged dives, then you meet the prerequisites for the cavern diving program. Ready to dive in? Use the booking form, above, to register for a cavern diving course.
